You have nothing to worry about, we're privacy fanatics.

We believe privacy to be of the utmost importance, therefore we are committed to upholding the following principles:

1 – Personal Information
The IRIL website does not hold any records of any type. If you fill in our enquiry form, we will store your information in our office in order to reply.  Personal information will not be given to anyone else. We will retain this information for 7 years in case you make a follow-up enquiry.
2 – No Combination of Browsing and Web Traffic Information with Personal Information
We do not not combine traffic analysis information with personal information
3 – No Aggregation of Individual Visitor Traffic Patterns across Multiple Sites
We do not collect individual profile information for visitors across multiple sites and do not aggregate information from any other sources about browsing patterns of individual visitors across multiple sites. In other words, we will not track you as you move from one site to another.
4 – Collection of Non-Personally Identifiable Information
This website records anonymous visitor information like IP addresses, browser types (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox), referring pages, pages visited and time spent on the web site. We collect this non-personally identifiable information for the following purposes: (1) to provide statistical analysis of traffic patterns throught this websites; (2) to administer our website and servers and (3) to improve our services.
5 – Anonymous Use of Cookies
It is our policy to use cookies only for more accurate anonymous traffic analysis. The cookie information does not include personal data of any type.
6 – No Individual Profiling
We do not create individual profiles of website visitors.
8 – Opting Out of Tracking Cookies

We recognise that your privacy is important to you and are committed to respecting your online privacy. The information you submit will be kept confidential and with the highest standards of security once it reaches our server. The information you provide will be entered onto an encrypted Excel spreadsheet and processed by in accordance with the Data Protection regulations.

Any personal information provided by you through your use of this website will only be used for the following purposes:

  • updating and enhancing student records
  • defining areas of interest to you and improving the website to meet users’ habits and requirements and compiling information relating to users’ movements across the website
  • advising you of courses or workshops which may be of interest
  • facilitating communication with current and former students related to their studies with us

Any personal information received from you will be retained by us and will only be disclosed where required by law. We shall also give you the opportunity to remove yourself from any of our mailing lists at any time.

This privacy policy is not intended to, and does not, create any contractual or other legal rights.

Rights of the student in relation to personal data held by us:

When you, as a student, provide personal data to us you have certain rights available to you in relation to that data. These rights are outlined below and can be exercised by contacting the Data Protection Officer, as detailed above, indicating which right(s) you wish to exercise:

Students have the following rights

  • access to their data
  • rectification of their data
  • erasure of their data
  • right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority
  • restriction of processing
  • data portability
  • objection to processing
  • withdraw consent if previously given
  • specific information in relation to personal data processed by us.

Specified purpose:
This data is processed to enable us to maintain student records of study and attendance, for billing and scheduling of classes, and to communicate required information to examining bodies such as ITEC and professional membership bodies such as IRIL.

In order to validate your claims to certifications issued through us, we will retain your records for as long as is reasonable. We recognise your qualifications could be challenged by a former client of yours or legitimately interested party at anytime during the lifetime of the former client, even after the death of the practitioner. We will therefore retain all student records for 120 years, or the lifetime of Ayni Ltd, whichever comes first.

As part of the student registration process you must provide some information about yourself by filling out and submitting forms and documents proving you meet other requirements, such as having valid insurance. This allows us to identify you and confirm that you have the right to be a student and/or sit exams. If you need to make changes to your personal information, such as a change of address or mobile phone number, you should contact us.

This data will be shared with any external body which has a legitimate involvement in your study. A legitimate involvement is one which is required in order for you to complete your studies with us. This will include any examining body and any organisation paying for your study. Only information required by them for their legitimate involvement will be communicated to them. It will not be made available to any other organisation or individual unless required by law.

This data is not transferred outside the EU.

The personal data provided is not processed automatically. It is not stored in any database or other system which is accessible via the internet. It is stored internally in encrypted Excel and Word documents. The passwords for these documents are restricted to those office staff and directors who have specific responsibilities for student management and college communication. All passwords are changed whenever one of these staff members or directors leaves or ceases to have responsibilities requiring access to these records.

Information on paper is held in a locked office and/or locked filing cabinets to which access is restricted by office management for legitimate purposes.
